Improved Account Management


What's up now?

We're happy to announce that ProjectINF will soon migrate to an improved account management system that we're calling "Swarm." This new system offers a host of benefits (outlined below).


What does this mean for everyone in the ProjectINF community?

1. When we push the update, you'll be required to create a new Swarm account.
2. Your characters will automatically transfer to your new Swarm account.
3. You can expect to see this update soon.


Why are we doing this?

1. Swarm allows users to carry their ProjectINF accounts to new devices as they upgrade. If you get a new phone, simply download ProjectINF again, login with your Swarm username and password, and voila! Your characters will be there waiting for you! Hint: This means you won't have to ask one of our staff to manually transfer your account!

2. We've heard rumors about players "hacking accounts." While our investigations have shown that very very few of these instances have been true hacks, Swarm offers improved account security and peace of mind for all players. Holy crap!

3. Swarm allows ProjectINF to be played on more devices. Things won't be perfect across the board, but players will probably find a bit more flexibility. Nice!
