ok, I know I may have spammed once, but there was no one in the chat room. this is ridiculous, I factory reseted my phone because I thought my phone was just messed up. now im sitting here with no account and I cant play the game. what do I have to do to get unbanned?

You can't. It tells u all bans are permanent when u log into game.
