Im glad u asked that question & i love the title thats just how i would of put it "lol" direct & 2 da point,,,well i was waiting for someone to ask so we could start a thread we had the intro locked just to keep that free and clear of any convos so it just stays as an intro so thank you for getting this going.

Well to answer your questions 1st of all everyone should know WE ARE NOT A CLAN, we are a concept group and are totally neutral when it comes to tournament gaming though we are composed soley of clan ldr & founder and concept group founders/creators, but just to keep it simple we are a couple of hard core gamers/CB JUNKIES/friends that one day decided to make a simple lobby tournament just to liven things up a bit, uknow to change up the same old same old everyday monotony during game time, we ended up having about 3 lobby mini tournaments with random people spontaneous sign ups uknow who ever wanted to jump in could & well next thing u know the lobby started jumping and everyone wanted to get in and actually the lobby population started to increase substantially due to the mini tournaments to the point that it just got to messy & hard to track so the idea kinda dawned on us "HEY THE CBS FOR CESTOS HAS BEEN Extremely DEAD, UKNOW if we take this idea there add to it and make it alot more structured it might take & bingo it did and it has,, here is our tournament history & experience so far tap the following link"

as u can see we are not new to the cbs forum. Now u may say "WTF CESTOS",, what does a cestos people know about INF,, well actually some of us are from the INF community U just didnt know we was their, "lurking lol" no IM jk actually we've been on INF gaming & welll doing our research because we love playing INF so much that we said "

hey we need to start doing what we have done in CESTOS but in INF cause the clans and the solo players in INF are awesome and super dedicated" & would probably love the idea of structured tournaments year around beside the usual battles that happen, LET MAKE SOME INF TOURNAMENTS and dedicate a forum to them and the winners!!!! . & well here we are about to launch our first one.

So just so u know we know it will be an awesome Challenge but we got a pretty nice crew of experience creative people and well hopefully with everyone's help cause we are very open minded and we love feed back after every event, we always take notes for future purposes we can get it done nicely, the first tournament is always the hardest uknow to explore the unknown but we are ready for it.

We are preparing a new updated E1Z member list so everyone get to know who everyone is and their credentials, that should be up very soon & we will continue adding info on us as we go along.

I can assure u MRD3ATH that u and others who read this thread know well for sometime & have heard of some of the E1Z members.

I'm a little confused by your post all of you have been playing Inf already, some of you? More are coming from cestos? I know a few Inf people play games with small balls.

If you are all the same c*nts that have been playing Inf and no new faces your posts are disingenuous and downright absurd.

Possibly this is an elaborate scheme to get ppl from Inf to play cestos.

There is a lack of players on Inf without bringing in more people I see no game changer here.

The reality is Inf has a higher learning curve than cestos and while not as repetitive there is only so much you can do on Inf. People that stick around is because of the community. Being not instantly completely understood so that anyone can pick up and play it skillfully narrows players then you narrow players more by ones that enjoy the social aspects. Player retention is a numbers game.

Some of the E1Z members are INF players is what i mentioned & we are focused specifically on providing tournaments to games we consider to be great like INF in this case, but we do know the effects our tournaments can have on a game and with out a doubt its always positive as for getting INF players to play cestos i would say most INF player have tried cestos SO their is no curiosity for cestos, also the fact is we never mentioned cestos i only did when it was asked who we are and what have we done, so the notion of us trying to get players from INF to Cestos would be incorrect based on the simple fact that we didnt bring it up and havent mention cestos until it was asked, and mind u we didnt mention it because our intentions are to produce tournament games for INF & we know that some players would think its a conspiracy so we are carefull to avoid creating any misconception, but really no one would take the time or go through all the trouble to make a tournament which takes week of planing and hours/days of moderating to simply just get a few players into cestos lol, that would be absurd.

on a side note what we have done is promote INF to cestos players and have managed to get some to try it out, at any rate i dont think anyone who plays INF regularly would add the cestos game or leave INF just to start playing cestos that would be a decision they make on their own especially since they are totally different games, this has been discussed with cb Staff and they know we affect games positively not negatively.

On a personal note its a cb community and if a player did play more that one particular CB game what would be the wrong in that it would only increase the popularity of the CB games as a whole and thats always good. i play personally 4 cb games and love them all, but like i said its a person personal decision i think people know what they like and know what their good at so they play it, besides Cb does a great job promoting their games to their current community,. so they dont need us and we dont get into that we are too busy designing tourneys to get into game promotions or game recruiting or any-thing like that.

in our experience retention rates can be affected by anything but usually in these type of games most players lose interest because it is as u said "limited ways of playing the game therefore the challenge or enthusiasm tends to fade away leaving only the social aspects of the game if that, but with usual tournaments we find that players find a new way or focus/reason to play thus increasing the chances that a player stays interested in the game or comes back & starts playing again,it also implements or activates clan and recruitment with that said the chances of affecting the retention of the game in a positive way are way higher than negative, as for your comment on how many things or type of games u can have on INF, well let us worry about that we will make them and who ever wants to sign up can, cause obviously their is no obligation to sign up to a tournament, but we are always down for ideas especially from known experienced players like yourself. As mentioned before its an awesome challenge but we are willing to take a crack at it, hopefully some of u elite INF players will be willing to accept the Challenge to.

This is great I don't have a problem with this. I presented you with your problem and asked how you were goin to overcome that the real reason i brought cestos into the mix. How are you going to hold events tournaments etc with no players.

What I do have a problem with as I first stated was being disingenuous. Atleast once a month someone comes on here and posts something for an idea of a tournament, event, clan etc. But they don't follow through or do anything.

One recent Idea that fizzled that is negative.

Loopz and his clan Ooa he recruited a clan of mostly experienced players great ones he promised us them everyone wars he was gonna shake things up. He did not deliver on these promises now the majority of those great players barely play if not at all. I'm sure there's plenty of excuses why.

The obvious reason I would conclude is people wasted their time on an idea that went nowhere and did nothing.

On that note temp i tried to get an event going and no one is participating everyone will talk a big game but when it comes down to competition all you guys have is hot air and I quote " there is no contest i am the best " but when did you vs in the 1st heat nada zip zelch 0 and you are not the only one i had a total of 10 players enter and only 2 actually set a date and played so E1Z you might run into this problem to like temp said

Well we wont know if the idea fizzles out until we kick it of and we are not know to quit at anything if u notice what we have done with cestos. When we first started almost 10 months had gone by before anyone was really on the cestos forums and the game itself was empty to the point the lobby was full and their was no conversation going, it was like watching green zombies or watching the grass grow, but we had a few ideas on on how to get things going and well lets just say we work at it and work at it and work at it one thing we dont do is fizzle or drizzel out and it has been a success so far, so we are gonna do the same here, one more thing one of the cool things is that we can always adjust tournaments depending on sign ups thats nothing new for us also id like to mention is that the presented tournament and particular board was chosen for a reason

1. its a clanwarz tournament because we notice that alot of clans are still active and some new clans have come to the seen so for us its important to work with the clans for this 1st tournament

2. the board that was chosen was the streets which is a pretty simple board in the sense its not as big as the park and not as used as the hospital so setting up a tournament their is ideal plus games there can be alot of fun because clans can set up nice traps & strategies to get the win, lagg also is alot less than it would be in a hospital because their is no issue of trying to steal a flag just rank the numbers in body bags best of all it can be done quickly

i do see your point but alot of what u mention is suppositions and we wont know until we get their and what ever works we improve and what dosent work we change. Unlike the players u mention, tournaments is what we do nothing else so like i said we will take a crack at it, it will be interesting to what happens.

YOU GUYS ARE IN DBD right well will make the clanwar tournament u guys get organized and sign up to rep your clan and im sure others will also and we will go from their, we will provide and create the event u guys sign up, if u dont sign up then the only reason it would fail wouldn't be cause we failed it would be because u didnt accept the challenge an sign up, but im sure we will have at least two clans sign up for this battle, and it will be alot more interesting to see more than 2 clans especially since everything gets documented on the forums.

so lets cross that bridge when we get their and what we can get prepared for we will please feel free to keep letting us know ur thoughts, we take everything into consideration.

and really we are glad that u guys are bring this up because u are the one that ultimately make it happen so we will ask your opinions on what we are not sure about and give credit to everyone involved on making it happen, very soon we will be contacting all the clan ldr in order to coordinate the event n discuss sign ups & ruling we always do that before we start,

we really have a good feeling with this move into INF and i believe we will have some epic games.

leader participation is key for these event this also test the leaders & the leading members capability to lead and and have control motivate & design strategic combat formation for the clan.
