Earn Things but u Dont Get It

ive won ten straight games and i have not gotten the red color unlocked and it says it is unlocked on my feats. Can anyone help me out into getting it.

Happened to nearly all my greens. Superloser never got red, I never got my $ necklace and emailing led to nothing. Reset again maybe

I got this once. Sent an email containing my in-game name and it got fixed real fast.
