It appears inf doesnt work on ics. Can anyone else confirm this plz?

It's due to a change in how Android enforces best practices. This change was made in Honeycomb, and is the reason why INF doesn't work on Honeycomb tablets. I've reported (a number of times) the crash through the Market feedback and I suggest you do the same - and perhaps a quick email to games@chickenbrickstudios.com.
The crash is due to INF doing networking on the user interface thread (something that Android 3.0+ doesn't like). It should be pretty easy to fix, though.

We were working this issue tonight and we think we know what's going on. It's a technical mess, but solveable. It'll take us a bit, but we'll work on it inbetween swigs of eggnog and bites of cookies
