On your new phone download INF and make a temporary character.
Then email the devs games@chickenbrickstudios.com
Tell them:
1. I need to transfer my chars.
2. The name of the chars on my phone that I need to transfer are....
3. I have already downloaded the game on my new phone and my temporary char name is...
Then it will take like 3 - 5 days =)
