stucking at connection

Im stucking at connection and just happen yesterday. Mind to fix it? Thanks.

My account is sticking at the connection screen as well, just for got to lvl fifty and now I can't access it. EmailEd admins, he did a couple things but I guess I am still waiting on a fix.

...try a new wifi network or reset yours if your on wifi.
